For all inquiries — partnership, media, corrections, reader questions:
For corrections, please write "Correction" in the subject line and include the page URL, the disputed statement and a primary source where available. Please do not send passwords, PINs, OTPs or identity documents.
What to write about
- Corrections: if you find a factual error on any page (wrong bonus amount, outdated payment method, broken link, stale tax figure), please send the page URL and the specific error. We review the evidence and record material factual corrections with a date and change note under our editorial policy.
- Reader questions: if you have a question about a specific operator, mobile-money method, or Zambia-specific betting topic that we have not covered yet, ask. We use real reader questions to prioritise our content roadmap.
- Partnership: if you operate a sportsbook serving Zambian players and would like us to evaluate your public licence, terms and product, write in. We do not accept payment for inflated rankings.
- Media: if you are a journalist or researcher covering online gambling in Zambia or Sub-Saharan Africa, we are happy to provide background or comment on the record.
- Responsible-gambling concerns: if you or someone you know is experiencing harm from betting, please contact BeGambleAware or GamCare first. We are not a support service. We can route you to relevant resources, but specialist help is faster.

What we will not respond to
- Requests for paid placement, "guest posts" with affiliate links, or link-exchange schemes.
- Pressure to remove negative parts of an honest review without a factual basis. If we got something wrong, tell us with evidence and we will correct. If we got it right, we will not retract it.
- Requests to publish predictor-app reviews, "guaranteed strategy" content, or anything we consider deceptive to readers.
Editorial clarification · 20 September 2026: clarified affiliate funding, research scope and the corrections process. Existing operator evidence keeps its original check date.
