Zambia betting evidence register
October account-help additions
Public documentation reviewed on 8 October 2026, without player-account or payment tests: MWOS bet history and withdrawals, MWOS Android source and installation checks, GSB Zambia My Bets and app help, and BetLion payment tracking. These additions do not re-date the September dataset below.
Quick answer: a licence number, the legal company, the exact domain, ZMW availability and a completed withdrawal are separate evidence fields. The register does not turn one into another.
Before you deposit: Zambia withdrawal-help source audit — September 2026
Collected 14 September 2026 · Eight operators · Public documents, no account or payment tests.
Which help can you read before signing in, and what should you record if a payment needs investigation? We checked the public sources below and separated the task each document explains from the account-level result it cannot establish.

What the first collection shows
- A balance, a settled bet and money received in a wallet are different stages. Bolabet explains withdrawable funds; betPawa separates bet history from transaction statements; Melbet’s guide separates a pending request from an approved payment that has not arrived.
- Published help can be useful before login even when a complaint requires an account. BetLion’s complaint document asks for account details; its public ticket page alone does not prove a non-customer complaint will be accepted.
- A page labelled “deposits / withdrawals” does not make every figure a withdrawal limit. ForteBet’s landing page labels its numeric limit as a deposit limit.
These are document findings, not a ranking of payout speed or customer service. We did not call, message or submit a support form.
Sources and useful support tasks
All collection dates below are 14 September 2026. “Web document” means text returned by public web retrieval; it is not a fresh test of the form in a Zambia browser. “Direct HTML” means the content was present in the saved unauthenticated HTTP response.
| Operator and primary source | What you can use the document for | Evidence boundary |
|---|---|---|
| 1xBet — contacts | Distinguish general enquiries from the security department before choosing a contact. | Global web document. Direct retrieval reached an access block; Zambia account rules and support performance were not established. |
| BetWinner — withdrawal guide, Zambia guide, contacts | Find the method-specific limits described in the guide and the appropriate finance/contact category. The Zambia guide describes account chat and a callback request. | Direct HTML. Descriptions of chat and callback were not tested; published estimates are not measured service times. |
| Melbet — payment guide | Identify whether the problem is still pending or approved but missing from the destination, then ask support about that stage. | Direct HTML, global guide. No Zambia wallet list, amount or payout time was verified. |
| Linebet — contacts | Select general support, security or blocked-account help. The document shows name, email and consent fields. | Global web document; direct retrieval reached an access block. Form acceptance and Zambia-specific payout rules remain outside this check. |
| Bolabet — general rules, contact page | Compare the full balance with the amount eligible for withdrawal. Article 34 directs transaction enquiries to email or a retail outlet and states a seven-day response period. | Direct Zambia HTML. The period concerns an enquiry response, not transfer completion. The deposit-lock rule is a published condition, not a recommendation to gamble. |
| BetLion — withdrawal instructions, complaints | Check that the wallet number matches the account. Prepare account identity, issue details and transaction references for the complaint route. | Zambia web documents, including an older indexed complaint article. Direct responses contained the application shell; current complaint handling was not tested. |
| betPawa — Zambia help | The public callback form asks for a +260 phone number and an issue category including Withdrawal. Account → Statements is the documented route to transaction records. | Web document; direct HTML was an application shell. No callback was requested. Displayed callback estimates varied between retrievals. |
| ForteBet — Zambia landing page | Locate its +260 telephone and fortebet.co.zm email, and distinguish the stated deposit limit from a withdrawal limit. | Direct branded landing page linking the Zambia domain. The main domain returned 403 from our audit origin; current withdrawal steps and limits were not observed. |
Turn the source into a useful enquiry
Record the source URL and date, your original request reference, the exact status shown, the payment method and any support case number. Keep the displayed estimate separate from the time funds actually reach your wallet. Ask which stage needs attention; do not replace the account’s wording with a generic “instant withdrawal” claim.
For a delayed withdrawal with any operator, start with the general withdrawal guide to record the account status and transaction details. Use the Zambia betting complaint guide to prepare an unresolved case. The 260ZMBet withdrawal timeline is for 260ZMBet requests only; its exported draft names 260ZMBet.
Method, ownership and the next collection
The ZambiaBetting Editorial Team selected four portfolio partner brands and four operators appearing in the Zambia research. This is a purposive sample, not the whole market. We used public GET requests and public web-document retrieval, preserved the results and coded one record per operator. We did not sign in, submit personal information, test a mobile network or make a payment. A block describes access from the audit origin; missing text does not prove the service is unavailable in Zambia. A collection date is not a policy’s effective date.
The JSON records exact URLs, collection timestamps, retrieval methods and hashes of saved HTTP responses. A shell or block hash authenticates that response, not text obtained separately through web retrieval. The first collection establishes a baseline; there is no claimed change count yet. Future collections can compare the same fields and record corrections.
