Our promise
Every factual claim must be traceable to a current official source, a documented technical check, or a clearly labelled limitation. We do not claim a deposit, withdrawal or account test unless we can publish the date and evidence for that test.
Testing methodology
For each operator we cover, we run through the following checks:
- Legal identity: identify the company in the operator's current official terms.
- Licence: record the number, issuing authority, date and territory from a primary source.
- Payments: distinguish public payment information from methods that require a logged-in cashier; never infer support from an old logo.
- Terms: review bonus, KYC, withdrawal, dispute and excluded-territory clauses.
- Product: check current public sports and casino interfaces without inventing event counts or speeds.
- Technical: test affiliate destinations, broken links, structured data and page performance.
- Limitations: state what could not be independently verified and tell readers how to check it themselves.
How we rank
Rankings use threshold checks before product preferences:
- Legal identity: the current company accepting the user's money
- Licence evidence: number, authority, validity, territory and product scope
- Zambia account fit: accepted territory and ZMW availability
- Payments and withdrawals: live cashier evidence, KYC and the route in both directions
- Complaint process: a formal escalation path attached to the relevant licence
- Product fit: sports, casino, interface and mobile usability after the safety checks
- Player controls: readable limits, time-out, closure and self-exclusion options
Every article is scheduled for review within 90 days and updated sooner after a material licence, law, payment or terms change.
Affiliate disclosure
Some of the operator links on this site may earn us a commission if you register and deposit through them. This is how independent review sites typically fund their work.
Crucially: commercial relationships do not override licence evidence, payment verification, withdrawal terms or documented limitations. An operator can be downgraded or excluded even when an affiliate relationship exists.
If we ever do recommend an operator primarily because of commission, we will disclose that explicitly on the relevant page. We have not done so to date.
What we will not do
- We do not accept payment to inflate ratings.
- We do not present unverified payment, licence, bonus or withdrawal claims as facts.
- We do not endorse "predictor apps" for Aviator or any other game. Cryptographic RNG is not predictable; anyone selling predictions is selling a scam.
- We do not promise winning strategies. Betting is entertainment, not income.
- We do not target readers under 18, and we do not market to people experiencing gambling harm.
- We link tax claims to current law. Zambia's 2026 Betting Levy is paid by betting companies at 5% and calculated on client deposits and withdrawals.
Corrections policy
If we publish something inaccurate — a wrong bonus amount, a misstated payment method, an outdated regulatory claim — we want to know. Email hello@zambiabetting.com with the page URL and the specific error.
When we update a page to correct a factual error, we add a note at the bottom of the page describing the change and the date. We do not silently overwrite history.
Responsible gambling
If betting is causing harm to you or someone you know, please reach out to BeGambleAware or GamCare. For an operator complaint, use the route named on its current licence and keep transaction records. Use the account's self-exclusion tools when available. There is no shame in stopping.
