Ordinary deposits and bonus wagering are different
The official Melbet terms state, under Deposits and Payouts:
- Paragraph 3 — ordinary-deposit turnover: stakes must total the deposits at odds of at least 1.1. Low-impact bets on opposite outcomes are excluded. This is a general withdrawal condition, separate from any bonus multiplier; it is not advice to place extra bets.
- Paragraph 5 — return route: withdrawals use the deposit payment details. If several methods funded the account, withdrawals must be proportional to those deposits.
- Paragraph 6 — ownership and exceptions: payment instruments must be in your name. Melbet reserves the right to require an alternative bank transfer or restrict a payment channel.
Choose your funding route with those return rules in mind. A promotion can add its own wagering, eligible-bet and expiry conditions; opting out of a promotion does not waive these ordinary-money rules. This document does not establish which Zambia wallets are offered to a particular account or how quickly a payment will arrive.
Current licence evidence
The official Melbet terms identify Pelican Entertainment B.V. and Curaçao licence OGL/2024/561/0554, granted 15 November 2024.
This establishes an identifiable licensed company. It does not establish a Zambia licence. Confirm that:
- Zambia is accepted in the latest rules;
- the same company appears during registration and payment;
- the licence remains active;
- you understand the complaint and governing-law process.

Payments
We removed old claims that guaranteed specific mobile-money methods, minimums or speeds. Those values are only reliable when displayed in your own cashier.
Before the first deposit:
- select Zambia and ZMW;
- inspect Deposit and Withdraw separately;
- confirm account and wallet ownership rules;
- note the limits, fees and quoted processing time;
- use a small first amount.

Current offer
Melbet publishes promotional pages, but offers can change. Evaluate the full package:
- deposit required;
- wagering multiplier;
- qualifying markets and odds;
- expiry;
- maximum stake;
- maximum cash conversion;
- KYC requirement before withdrawal.
A cash deposit without a promotional balance still has the ordinary-deposit conditions above. Compare any additional bonus conditions with the kind of bet you intended to place before opting in.
Account verification and withdrawals
Register once, with accurate personal details. The payment account should belong to the same person.
Before relying on a withdrawal:
- confirm your identity document is accepted;
- verify your phone and email;
- keep deposit references;
- distinguish the ordinary-deposit turnover from any active bonus requirement;
- find the formal complaint channel.
Do not pay an “agent” to unlock a withdrawal. Use only the secure account area and official support contacts.
Product fit
Melbet is a reasonable alternative if you prefer its interface and accept the offshore licence. Compare the exact football markets you use and the effective margin rather than counting the total number of events.
For casino or crash games, remember that no interface can predict the next result. Avoid external “Aviator predictor” apps and guaranteed-win groups.
Final decision
Melbet’s published licence details are stronger evidence than an anonymous badge, but Betwinner currently has a clearer Zambia-specific signal and 1xBet ranks slightly higher in our offshore comparison.
