MWOS Zambia App: Android Source and Installation Checks

Read installation prompts carefully
Android may ask whether the application opening a downloaded file is allowed to install apps. Menus differ across phones. Grant only the permission you intended, and review it again after the installation attempt. Do not treat generic instructions to allow downloads as a reason to disable security scanning or ignore a warning.
If the installer identifies an unexpected application or publisher, stop and ask the operator to confirm the file. An icon is not a file-integrity check. Do not delete a working installation merely to try an unverified replacement, especially if you have not confirmed how to regain access to the account.
Updating and reporting a problem
Return to the official help source for updates. Before reporting a problem, write down the phone model, Android version, failure stage and exact message. Redact notifications and personal information from screenshots. Never include your password, PIN or verification code.
